OGDCL has announced the discovery of new oil and gas reserves in Sindh and Punjab provinces. The company revealed the details to the Pakistan Stock Exchange, highlighting the use of multi-physio-chemical stimulation technology at the Paskhi Oil Field near Hyderabad. This cutting-edge technology has boosted crude oil production from 375 to 520 barrels per day, an increase of 145 barrels. Additionally, OGDCL confirmed the discovery of gas reserves at the Mari East Field in Rahim Yar Khan, with 2 MMSCFD of gas being supplied to Engro Fertilizer through a 14.5-kilometer pipeline.
