Pakistan has launched the India North Europe Express (INX) maritime service, creating a direct shipping route to Europe and marking a major milestone in global trade.
Starting February 5, the weekly service from Karachi will connect major European ports, including London Gateway, Rotterdam, Hamburg, and Antwerp. With 6,000 TEU container ships and an 11-week round trip, it will significantly cut transit times. This initiative aims to enhance trade efficiency, boost Pakistan’s maritime infrastructure, and leverage its strategic location to strengthen regional ties and provide businesses with easier access to European markets.
