England is set to host the 2025 Men’s and Women’s Kabaddi World Cup in the West Midlands, marking the first time the tournament will be held outside Asia. Kicking off on March 17, the week-long event will feature 16 teams, including Pakistan, India, and the host nation, competing in both men’s and women’s categories. Matches will be played across four venues in Birmingham, Walsall, Coventry, and Wolverhampton, with over 60 games leading up to the finals on March 23. The UK government has backed the event with £500,000 from the Commonwealth Games Legacy Enhancement Fund.
