NADRA Introduces Online ID Application Tracking

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has introduced a new digital feature in its Pak-ID mobile application, allowing citizens to track the status of their identity card and document applications from the comfort of their homes.

This step marks another milestone in NADRA’s mission to digitize its services and simplify the process for millions of Pakistanis seeking official documents.

According to NADRA officials, the new feature offers a user-friendly interface and enables applicants to check the real-time status of their applications with just a few simple taps.

The tracking option is now available for a wide range of services, including:

• Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs)

• B-Forms

• Family Registration Certificates (FRCs)

• Smart ID Cards

• Other official documents issued by NADRA

Using NADRA’s Pak-ID mobile app, citizens can now track their ID card applications online without visiting any NADRA centers. Here's how it works:

Download the Pak-ID mobile app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Log in using your registered account.

Go to the “Track Application” section.

Enter your tracking ID or select the relevant service.

Instantly view the current status of your application.

This digital tracking system saves time, cost, and effort, making the process faster and more convenient.

Over the past few years, NADRA has been modernizing its services to improve efficiency and accessibility. With the Pak-ID app, citizens can now:

• Apply for CNIC renewals and other documents online.
