Prince Karim Aga Khan became the spiritual leader of around 15 million Ismaili Muslims worldwide at the age of 20 while studying at Harvard. Throughout his life, he dedicated his wealth and influence to philanthropic efforts, establishing homes, hospitals, and schools in developing countries. His successor, the 50th Imam, has been named in his will, which will be read in Lisbon in the presence of his family and religious leaders before being made public.
