Ripe bananas, oats, and optional toppings like chocolate chips, almonds, or dried fruit combine to make these easy, wholesome banana oatmeal cookies. They are healthier than regular cookies since they are naturally sweetened. The bananas give the oats a silky, chewy feel by binding them together.
