  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)

  • 1-2 tablespoons almond milk or any milk (optional, for desired consistency)

Directions

  • Peeling and pitting the ripe avocados is the first step in making avocado chocolate mousse.
  • Next, transfer the interior into a food processor or blender.  
  • Add vanilla essence, maple syrup (or honey), cocoa powder, and a dash of salt.  
  • Blend, scraping down the sides as necessary, until smooth and creamy.  
  • One tablespoon of almond milk or any other type of milk can be added at a time until the mixture reaches the consistency you want if it's too thick.  
  • After tasting and adjusting the sweetness if needed, serve cold with berries or a dusting of cocoa powder as garnish.
