Introducing Skyrider x1 - a Revolution Flying Motorbike in China

Created by a Chinese company, Rictor, this incredible machine is the next step in the evolution of the street-legal electric moped combined with aerial mobility to thrill-and-go practical use.

The Skyrider x1 adopts the same innovation in transforming a street-legal electric moped into a flying bike at the press of a button as all other new models. It rides on the road like a traditional moped but is somehow futuristic. Then four appendages stretch out and unfold just like a flying vehicle, revealing four propellers to take it into the sky.

This would make a dramatic innovation as the possibility exists for a completely new way of traveling and the capability of a seamless transformation between land-based traffic and aerial paths, thereby avoiding congested paths and maybe even being faster when commuting daily.

The Skyrider X1 comes with two different variants for two different applications and audiences:

This is a low-cost variant that runs flight support for about 25 minutes to the air, which is cool for short travel or just quick aerial escapes.

The more expensive version comes with a very large battery which allows it to stay airborne for up to 40 minutes since it is designed to meet the requirement for people who like long possibility extensions.

Both models can also attain speeds of 60 miles per hour on the ground and in the air.
