If you are feeling depressed it is common to experience anxiety which causes pain in your body, this is the reminder that our mind and body are interlinked. It is quite surprising for some people that our psychological actions can affect our physiological health. Both are connected if you’re treating your mind better your body will behave better.  

The main signs of anxiety or stress may be upsetting one’s health, you might not realize it at first. The most common symptoms are headaches, muscle tension, and digestive issues such as diarrhea, stomach pain or loss of appetite, sleeping issues, or eye pain. 

The signs or indications of anxiety can affect your whole body, your feelings, views, and your actions. Identifying it on time can help you treat them more easily. If not treated properly can also contribute to major health issues; including high BP, cardiac disease, weight gain, and other diseases like diabetes.


 Have you seen it when you get excited over something and you sense butterflies in your stomach it happens when you release adrenaline and norepinephrine they are hormones that play a role when the body is in stress or exercise mode.

 Well, this is a very common behavior, you can overcome and reduce levels of anxiety at home if you improve your lifestyle by doing some of these things:

 Exercise: 

Exercise and yoga can always motivate you to get better in life. If you’re working out you have fewer chances to get any physical or mental problems. 

Sleep: 

When you feel anxious or have psychological problems it can be possible that you are not sleeping enough, you have 8 hours of sleep. Not getting enough sleep can cause insomnia and other physical problems headaches, migraine, etc. 

Diet: 

Your daily meals must contain vegetables, grains, fruits, and protein. Less intake of caffeine, sugar, and fast food.
