1. How to Deactivate Instagram?

To temporarily deactivate your Instagram account, you need to follow these steps;

1. Go to your profile and click on

2. Settings and Activity would open. There, select Accounts Centre 

3. Click on Personal details under Account Settings 

4. Click on Account Ownership and control 

5. Select “Deactivation or deletion”

6. Select your account 

7. It would give you options to either delete your account or deactivate it. 

8. Choose the Deactivate option 

9. Click on Continue

2. How to Deactivate a Facebook Account?

To successfully deactivate your Facebook account, follow these steps;

1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.

2. Click on Settings

3. Select Personal Details

4. Click on personal details under Account Settings

5. Select Account Ownership and Control 

6. Go to Deactivation or Deletion 

7. Select your account and Click on Continue 

As now all meta platforms are connected, you can deactivate your Facebook account through Instagram and vice versa. 

3. How to Deactivate a TikTok Account?

To successfully deactivate your TikTok Account, follow these steps;

1. Open your profile and click on Menu in the top right corner of the screen 

2. Go to  Settings and Privacy 

3. Select Account 

4. Select Delete or Deactivate your account

5. Click on deactivate account 

6. Click on Continue 

4. How to Deactivate a Snapchat Account?

To deactivate your Snapchat account:

1. Open Snapchat and launch the app and log in to your account.

2. Go to Settings and tap your profile icon > tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.

3. Account Actions: Scroll down and tap Account Actions.

4. Deactivate Account: Tap Delete Account.

5. Confirm: You'll be redirected to Snapchat's Account Deletion page. Enter your username and password, then confirm.

Note: Deactivation lasts 30 days. If you don't log in within that time, your account will be permanently deleted.
