Hikers Caught in Massive Avalanche in China

A dramatic avalanche was captured on video and shared on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, showing snow crashing down a mountain in southwest China. According to Chinese state media, the incident occurred in an undeveloped section of the Meili Snow Mountain National Park Scenic Area. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
