Following are a few instructions to make the delicious sheer Khurma:
Ingredients:

Olper’s Full Cream Milk 1 Litre

Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs

Chuwaray (Dry dates) boiled & sliced 8-10

Kaju (Cashew nuts) sliced 2 tbs

Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs

Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs

Kishmish (Raisins) washed 1 tbs

Sugar ½ Cup or to taste

Elaichi (Cardamom seeds) powder ½ tsp

Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs

Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed 40g

Kewra water ½ tsp

Dried rose petals
Directions:
In a pan add 1 liter of milk, and bring it to a boil until it becomes thick, after this add clarified butter & let it melt. When the butter is mixed well with milk go on adding dry dates into the batter, gradually keep adding cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, and raisins, mix well, and fry for 2 minutes. Add fried nuts (reserve for later use), sugar, and, cardamom pods, mix well, and cook on a medium flame for 4-5 minutes & keep mixing in between. Add vermicelli and fry for 2 minutes so that it becomes soft Add fried vermicelli, mix well, and cook for 6-8 minutes. Add kewra mix well and cook until desired consistency.
