Directions
- To make the Vegan Lentil Kebabs, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat up your grill.
- In a bowl, mix together the cooked lentils, chopped onion, garlic, grated carrot, breadcrumbs, tahini (or olive oil), and spices.
- Stir everything until it sticks together , if it feels too dry, add a little more tahini or water.
- Shape the mixture into small patties or mold it onto skewers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, or grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until they’re golden and crispy.
