  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave syrup

Directions

  • To make vegan date and walnut rolls, start by removing the pits of dates and chopping up 1 cup of it. 
  • Put the dates in a food processor with 1/2 cup of walnuts and pulse until everything is finely chopped and mixed together.
  • If it seems too dry, add a teaspoon of water or coconut oil to help it stick.
  • Spread a sheet of parchment paper on a flat surface, then transfer the mixture onto it.
